Sugar is derived from coconut trees and touted a sweetener that is more nutritious and has a lower glycemic index than regular sugar.

How its made ?

Coconut sugar is a natural sugar made from the sap of the unopened coconut flower blossom of the coconut palm tree, neera. Neera is harvested two times a day by coconut farmers. The nectar sap is then boiled down until it thickens and changes colour from translucent to brown, then granulated by hand and processed further to specifications.
